Company Philosophy
Infusion Solutions is a regionally based, New Hampshire
licensed home infusion company committed to providing state-of-the-art
products and clinical services to patients and referral sources
throughout New England. The company is committed to shared responsibility
between our clinicians and patients exemplified by the unique concept
of a "working alliance". The company's ultimate objective
is to empower the patient by providing the necessary knowledge for
them to make informed health care decisions that improve outcomes
and the overall quality of the their life.
Our History
Infusion Solutions, Inc. was first incorporated as Home
Intravenous Services of New Hampshire in 1986. The infusion
division began as an adjunct to a single retail pharmacy. The company
first served clients within a thirty-mile radius of Derry, New Hampshire.
Home Intravenous Services of New Hampshire, Inc. was the first home
infusion therapy company licensed to do business in the state of
New Hampshire. Infusion Solutions, Inc has been in continuous, uninterrupted
operation from its inception in 1986. Home Intravenous Services
of New Hampshire, Inc. changed its name to Infusion Solutions, Inc.
in January 2001. The company services all of New Hampshire, North
Eastern Massachusetts and the Merrimack Valley as well as Southern
Maine. In 2008 Infusion Solutions became a member of the Critical
Homecare Solutions, Inc family of companies. Local management and
staffing continue to remain the focus for the organization to provide
regionally specific care to its clients. With this merger, Infusion
Solutions is able to delivery more comprehensive care to it’s
population as they are partnered with New England Home Therapies
of NH and ME which provide Oxygen, Sleep Therapy Medicine, Durable
Medical Equipment and Respiratory Therapy services.
Mr. John Ambrose, North Zone President, Critical
Homecare Solutions, Inc.
Ms. Kathleen DiRamio, CRNI Regional Director of
Operations/ NH & ME
Ms. DiRamio is a Certified Registered Nurse in the field of Infusion
Therapy. She has over 24 years of nursing experience in acute care,
infusion therapy and homecare management. Ms. DiRamio is also an
active member on the editorial review board of the Journal of INS,
a national publication committed to promotion of excellence in the
field of infusion therapy and has worked with CHAP (Community Health
Accreditation Program) to develop the National Home Infusion Nursing
Standards of Practice.
Ms. Susan Bartlett, BSN, CRNI. Branch Manger.
Ms Bartlett is a Certified Registered Nurse in the field of Infusion
Therapy. She brings a 17 year history of acute care, infusion therapy
and homecare management to the healthcare team at Infusion Solutions,
Inc.
Ms. Pamala Bisson, CRNI, Director of Nursing
